DeSoto Artist Lab 2025

I'm thrilled to share that I've been selected as one of seven local artists for the DeSoto Artist Lab Residency Program, a wonderful initiative celebrating artistic expression and supporting diverse creators in and around DeSoto.

My workshops are called "Paint Your Pouch". This project will help participants discover their creativity in a way they may not have thought of. It will also show participants how to create a piece of art that is useful. We will make “Draw string backpacks” with the option of hand painting their own designs, artwork, symbols, or slogans onto them. Workshops are free of charge, and you take home your creation. There are three workshops scheduled in the DeSoto Town Center Pecan Room. All ages are welcome. Register by scanning the QR code.
